In loving memory of John Kenneth McArdle John was born on April 22nd 1996 in Poughkeepsie NY to Kenneth McArdle (Barbara Callery) and Roseanne Siminoff McArdle (Mark Edes) who cherishes his memory. He is survived also by his sisters Laura McArdle Nichols and her husband Parker Nichols, and Amanda McArdle and his nephews Noah Nichols, Ryan Nichols and niece Marley Nichols. His niece and nephews adored their uncle and he adored them back and loved spending time with them. There are also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who deeply love him and will miss him. John passed suddenly on May 22nd 2022. John was a loving brother, son and friend to all whom he met. He had a giving spirit and wanted to help others which he did through his service work helping other young men. He loved his family above all, and his dog lovingly known as Bear. John also was a reptile and fish enthusiast and raised many in his life time. He was fondly referred to as "Big John", "Big Dog", and "Johnny Boy." He has a vast number of friends and room mates whom will miss him dearly and mourn him as much as we do. In lieu of flowers, we ask that memorial gifts be made in John's honor to Anchor of Hope Sober living program in Charlotte NC, so they can continue to help others like they helped John. John's family has given the family of Lowe-Neddo Funeral Home the privilege of caring for him and for them. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until 1 PM on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at the funeral home, 4715 Margaret Wallace Road, Matthews, NC 28105. A chapel service will then be held at 1 PM. All services will conclude at the funeral home.
