Dear Michael and Lee, Just a brief note of thanks for your professional and courteous involvement with regard to my "former" wife, Chi Chi. You made a difficult time as pleasant as it possibly could be. Elisa tells me that you are still available to help her with the on-going complexities of the situation. I thank you so much for that continued support. Regards, Paul Romanello

A month has passed and I remember well your superb work and service for Carol. Every aspect of the service and burial was excellent. Your words at the memorial service caused my fiancé to state: “When I die, I want to come back here and have Michael do the service.”

Mr. Michael Neddo, Martha and I would like to thank you and your staff for the honest, caring and professional matter in which you guided our family through a very difficult period. No one ever felt rushed at any time. You even came to my mother's house to personally ensure that her wishes would be met. The entire family was so amazed and grateful on how well you restored my father's life-like features. Your staff was most gracious and professional to the utmost. You seemed to genuinely care about the family needs. Knowing that my father wanted a military service somehow even during the government shutdown you found a way to grant his final wish. No words can really express how thankful and fortunate we felt to have you and your staff's guidance and assistance during this time. - Rusty and Martha Haigler

You listened to our thoughts of importance for the service which was executed with great care. Your thoughtfulness fulfilled the needs that we lacked, the flowers brought did not go unnoticed and was appreciated. Sincerely, Fred and Joanna Walker

Michael, there are no words that I can say that would express how I felt the day we talked regarding the loss of my husband. His loss left me dazed and confused as to what to do but after talking to you throughout the entire week leading up to the day of the service, you and your staff made all the planning effortless. You welcomed me, you showed patience, understanding, kindness to me and my family and provided us with the utmost professional service from beginning to end. I am very grateful and satisfied with my experience at Lowe-Neddo Funeral Home. Michael, you and your staff are the best. May God continue to bless you all. - Mrs. Angela Wright
